Made Yourself

My God

You made the salt on my skin,

You kissed me,

And there was my DNA.

You guided my body with your eyes,

You carved out the dimple in my cheek with your finger nail.

You breathed out,

And my lungs we’re born,

And my eyes were born,

And my body was born,

And I can’t help but feel formless all over again,

When I hear your name,

Like the skin you gave me is melting,

Every time you surround me,

I can’t help but lose the breath you gave me,

When you come around,

I’m captured,

I’m lost,

And the words you created fall off the tip of the very tongue you made yourself.
